TAJZARA LAGOONS – SAND DUNES
 This reserve is found in the district of Tarija (to the south of the country), it covers and extension of 108,500 hectares and in the provinces of Mendez and Aviles, west of the city of Tarija it protects the richest area in biological diversity of the high lands of Tarija,. The hydrography of the area is defined by the Tajzara, Camacho, San Juan del Oro and Guadalquivir rivers. This region is found within the eastern mountain ranges and has quite an extensive altitudinal range. It includes many high Andean ecological systems made up of fragments of high altitude dry forests, with Polylepis sp. and lengthy high level plains dominated by grass. There are also high altitude lagoons that bring together aquatic bird species such as the Andean flamingo and the Gallareta Cornuda. The main activity in this protected area is the herding of sheep, camelids and cows as well as traditional cultivation of tuber such as the potato.

WINE CELLARS AND VINEYARDS
 We will visit these so that you can appreciate the barrels and vineyards in mysterious wine cellars that hold a variety of wines and singanis that are the pride of Tarija. The aroma and color will incite you to taste the most noble stocks and wines of this land.
Walking through the vineyards will allow you to distinguish the different shades of the wine culture, the different varieties of grapes such as the Barbera, Merlot, Riesling, Moscatel, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon among others.
You will learn about the different techniques in the preparation of wines and singani, this last beverage has a unique taste and aroma, and all this always accompanied by the smile and kindness of the people of Tarija.
